personal historian, public policy liaison, speechwriter, big-name PR firm intern,
legislative correspondent, substitute teacher, inventory clerk, produce packer and
fruit-stand cashier.
She has written on a variety of topics -- including food and wine, real estate, personal
finance, the arts, agriculture, architecture and politics -- for local publications.
Catherine grew up on a farm in California's San Joaquin Valley. She received her
master's degree in communication / public relations management from the University of
Maryland.
